Equipment features1.The static bucket is consisted of three layers. The internal surface, which is made from stainless steel, is the wax storing barrel; The middle layer is the heating layer, which heat with three piece of 1.5 kw electric heater, and equip with about 1.5L heat conduction oil（N-280） as heat conduction media inside; The outer shell is the insulation layer.
2.The heater uses auto temperature control and adjusts the temperature via temperature controller. When temperature is up to the set value, then the temperature controller would automatically cut off the heater power switch, and automatically start when temperature reduced. What’s more, the heater is equipped with the second lever temperature control. If the first lever is at fault and when the temperature increase to a set value(generally is 50℃ higher than the first lever’s), the second lever temperature controller will cut off the power switch of the heater to avoid any accident.
3.This machine is for wax recycling, the wax treated by the water removal tank is placed in the barrel.
4.This machine is electrically heated, the heat transfer oil is kept to keep the temperature of the wax at about 80 °C.
